Информируем Вас о том, что, начиная с 01 мая 2018 года на территории Ставропольского края (Ессентуки, Кисловодск, Железноводск, Пятигорск) вводится плата за пользование курортной инфраструктурой в целях финансового обеспечения работ по проектированию, строительству, реконструкции, содержанию, благоустройству и ремонту объектов курортной инфраструктуры (курортный сбор).
Основание для взимания курортного сбора установлены Федеральным законом от 29.07.2017 №214-ФЗ «О проведении эксперимента по развитию курортной инфраструктуры в Республике Крым, Алтайском крае, Краснодарском крае и Ставропольском крае», Законом Ставропольского края от 08.12.2017 №130-кз «О некоторых вопросах проведения эксперимента по развитию курортной инфраструктуры в Ставропольском крае».
Размер курортного сбора составляет 50 рублей за сутки пребывания на территории Ставропольского края (не считая дня заезда).
Сумма курортного сбора определяется как произведение количества дней фактического пребывания плательщика курортного сбора в объекте размещения, за исключением дня заезда, и соответствующей ставки курортного сбора.
Плательщиками курортного сбора являются физические лица, достигшие совершеннолетия, проживающие в объектах размещения более 24 часов.

Dear guests and residents of the Stavropol Territory!
We inform you that starting from May 01, 2018, a fee for the use of resort infrastructure is being introduced on the territory of the Stavropol Territory (Essentuki, Kislovodsk, Zheleznovodsk, Pyatigorsk) for the financial support of work on the design, construction, reconstruction, maintenance, improvement and repair of resort infrastructure facilities (resort fee).
The basis for collecting the resort fee is established by Federal Law No. 214-FZ of July 29, 2017 "On conducting an experiment on the development of resort infrastructure in the Republic of Crimea, Altai Territory, Krasnodar Territory and Stavropol Territory", the Law of the Stavropol Territory of December 08, 2017 No. 130-kz "On some issues of conducting an experiment on the development of resort infrastructure in the Stavropol Territory".
The amount of the resort fee is 50 rubles per day of stay in the Stavropol Territory (excluding the day of arrival).
The amount of the resort fee is determined as the product of the number of days of actual stay of the resort fee payer at the accommodation facility, excluding the day of arrival, and the corresponding resort fee rate.
Payers of the resort fee are individuals who have reached the age of majority, living in accommodation facilities for more than 24 hours.
